When can I sleep without a sports bra?

Again something I forgot to ask at my 6 weeks PO appointment but when will I be able to sleep without a sports bra on if I wanted to? xxx

I dont know how accurate but I’ve read that the recommendation with implants is to wear a sports bra for bed forever!! I have not had my op yet but cant imagine wearing a bra to bed forever, the best feeling is taking your bra off! Looj firward to readung some answers from those post op x

Hmm it’s normally only forever if you have larger implants. Ring your nurse and check but I would say 6-8 weeks. I can’t wait to not sleep in a bra, so annoying xx

My sugoen said to sleep in My sports bra for ever really can have the odd night here and there and can go bra less during the day I did have a large implant tho but I also know my friend had a 350cc under muscle and was told same thing I think the longer you can wear your sports bra for bed the better it will be I think of implants as a weight they are naturally gonna drop over time with gravity it’s just helping them stay put for longer with your sports bra xxxx

Hi I’m having 350cc in Jan can’t wait and have been told to wear a bra to bed forever as this can be a reason for implants to displace or flip. 🙁

I think at night is forever pretty much or at least for the first year xx though now my boobs are softer I do find it comfortable, I couldn’t imagine not wearing it to bed I had 450cc xx

Yep same as what others are saying. They say pretty much forever. I can’t imagine not wearing one for bed now lol… plus we have spent all this money on our new boobs so wearing a bra for bed doesn’t seem all that bad if it keeps em nice lol xx
