When can I take bra off

I’m 2 days post op but my bra feels like it’s suffocating me I’m in agony can I take it off just for abit to have to realease????

Hiya, hun im 1 week po, i found the bra’s killed me, i did take mine off for half hr in morn when bathing an half hr in the night just to help me breath, im on m&s po surgery bras now they are amazing and so comfy, hope this helps xx

The first day I had no problems but the pain is kicking in now, I’ve got the M&S bra also, just worried I’ve bought a small size and not realised. Might take off for half hour and have a rest xx

It’s hell isnt it? I think my post op bra caused me more pain and discomfort than anything else. I think I swelled up quite a bit too which didn’t help,. The band at the bottom of the bra was killing me. I ended extending it using paper clips which made a big difference. It didn’t reduce the support, just eased the cutting in feeling. x
