when can i use bio oil

Hi ladies when can i start using bio oil on scars am two and half weeks po and i put this on the breast but not on scars when can i start putting it on scars ? also am i ok to massage them a bit as i have heard this helps but not sure when i can start this from ??

you can’t put any lotions or anything on your scars and it is advised you don’t massage them either until it has been 6 weeks. x
