When can I wear normal bras?

I’m 10 weeks post op and I got measured at 6 weeks at Ann summer and fitted perfectly into a 32D however I didn’t actually buy a bra as much as it killed me waiting 🙁 Went to Victoria’s Secret yesterday and measured at a 32DD so I bought some bras but I don’t even know if I can wear them yet when was everyone told they can wear wired bras ? Xxx

I was told to wear my Macom for 6 weeks so after that I’m assuming I can go and buy proper bras, I’m 6 weeks post op on Tuesday. Think I’m gonna go get mesasured at M&S on Wednesday and see what they have. I suppose it’s whatever you feel comfortable in and I think I’m gonna look for a non-wired one to wear first just so I get used to wearing a proper bra again haha x

I just realised I bought a push up bra so don’t think I’ll be wearing that ! Can you ever wear push up bras ? I wouldn’t wear them all the time though xx

Everyone is different and surgeons/nurses have their own preferences , I’m 11wpo, I got told by my nurse on my 6 week check that I could wear normal underwired bras but only about once a week until it’s been 5 months! So I just haven’t even bothered wearing one yet! Going to wait till I see my surgeon and ask him! Xx
