when can this damn body suit come off

The heat is killing me had a tummy tuck a week ago tomorrow and this body suit is killing me feels all to tight because of the swelling andthe heat, I’m so uncomfortable, itchy because of sweat just very miserable. When can it come off and stay off?!?!

I’m only 2nd day PO, and still very sore.. Can only just about walk bent over to the loo and back.
Please tell me it gets better after a week?
