When can u go back to work or pick toddler up ?

Hi not sure how long I will need to take off work also I’m a childminder and have to lift under 2 s up and my husband doesn’t think I will b fully recovered to pick small kiddies up after one week what is average time to recover and pick up babies shopping etc.

im mum of two got a 3yr old and 2yr old can pick my 2yr old up from like day 8 but holdong em close hurts abit cus they r still sore but i had lolli lift to. sure ur be fine by 10days from just ba x x gd luck

Thanks will think have to take 2 weeks off work worried I may burst my stitches or pull something lol all my toddlers r quite heavy and I do pick them up a lot through out the day.x

I work with children in a nursery 3 year olds. I went back after one week and had to get signed off for an extra week. That was exactly the right time then xx

Yeah thanks will not risk taking 1 week.think a lot different if work at a desk or not moving around all day as u will know in our profession we don’t ever sit down xx

I think 10 days would be your best bet, especially as yu job intales the care of other people’s children! 10 days just to be sure xxx
