When can we start wearing normal bras??

Am 2 weeks post opp… when can i start wearing normal bras? Or being bra lesd.. Is it 6 weeks in sports bras?
Hating the sports bras even more so in this heat tring to sleep feel so inclosed lol

Yes, it’s six weeks in the sports bra. That’s 24/7! I also struggled, but you get used to it in the end. I can wear normal bras now – it was confirmed at me six week check up, but I’m still wearing a sports bra to bed for support! ?

Though it would be :/ they are comfortable but in the heat there a nightmare. Aww bet ya made up being able to look good in a bra.. only 4 more weeks then i guess ?
