WHEN CAN YOU START LYING ON YOUR SIDE?

I have always slept on my side, so found it really hard having to sleep on my back.
I tried to sleep on my side at 3 weeks post op, but only lasted about 10 minutes, before i had to roll back onto my back. But, from 4 weeks it’s been fine on my side.

never heard that before Pam?? I think as long as you alternate sides, it’s fine. I’m 8 weeks post op now, and have been sleeping on my side for the last 4 weeks!
