It’s alright for the first week or 2 because you’re scared of hurting them as they’re saw and hard that your body won’t let you go on your side but as they soften up and youve got no pain anymore you just long to sleep on your side again haha and good luck! Xxx
Me too…but then no one actually told me I had to sleep on my back, not the nurse or the surgeon only the nurse in the hospital said the tilt should be 45 degrees….
i have slept on my side since i had the op….i wasn’t told to sleep on my back at all…..i mentioned it to my nurse at my 1 week post op app and she said that it was ok as long as i didn’t sleep on my front….but i wasn’t told anything about sleeping positions! xx
