    All depends on sugoens advice Hun my sugoen told me to make sure I sleep in my sports for every night for the rest of my life basically can have the odd one or two night with out if I wanted and. Can wear what I want during the day or go braless if I want xxxx

    I wear mine all day and night to keep them supported xx I had big implants though xx
