When did you!?

Hiya girls! I am 2 weeks post op tomorow! And was just wondering when you started being able too sleep flat again ? And when was you able too sleep on your side? I am hatting sleeping upright! But im scared if i sleep flat im going too do damage to my new boobs ? Any info of how long till you girls did this would realy help me! xx

Also one last question! I have my works xmas party on saturday ( il be 2 weeks 1 day post op ) can i drink? I have finished antibiotics 1 week ago and have been taking any pain killers since 6 days post op xx

id say yes your fine to have a drink. with sleeping i was sleeping sort of on my side from day 2. it was the only place my body would settle. so id just go with what feels right for your body x

Ahh ok thanks :), yeah ive been very un settled at night i hate sleeping with even 1 pillow normaly so this has been a challenge! Worth it though! xx

ive become a master at pillow stacking since last thursday lol. do you have a v pillow?

Yes me too! Lol, yeah i do have a v pillow it helps a bit but i still miss laying on my side to sleep! I tryed laying on the sofa on my side a few days ago and it was quite painful, hope this goes soon! Need a good nights sleep x

I’m 16days post op an I can now sleep on my side very comfortable now thank god lol, as for the drinking I also think you will be fine as your not on any medication I’m having my first night out Saturday too, I’m just just going try not to go too crazy with the dance moves haha xx
