When did you go back to the gym after vaser on tummy?

How long did people wait after their opinions to go back to the gym? Did you wait for the nurse to give you the ok?

I had lipo done to my muffin top and inner thighs and after 6 weeks a started to workout, but i waited for the nurse to authorise it. Before my operation I bought a set of compression garments which consists of 2 peaces. One is made of thicker material and the second is perforated and more breathable. So I wear the lighter one for excercising. The set is great, because you can change 2 garments also depending on the weather or clothing. I thought it might be 6 weeks…I’m going to check before I have my procedure at my consultation though. I don’t mind skipping the gym so much as missing netball – don’t want to let my team down!
