When did you start sleeping on side or front

I’m struggling big time with not sleeping at the moment. I just can’t comfy, my back kills and my arse goes numb from being upright 🙁 but I tried to move slightly into my side last night but it flipping wrecked. I’m 7 days post op, when will I be comfortable to move onto side du think?! My boobs don’t hurt much, but in the night they hurt when I get up and throbbed like mad when I attempted going onto my side! 🙁 I love my sleep so it’s killing me not sleeping! Lol x

Hi Katy, I’ve been the same, I never sleep on my back so I’ve been trying to get onto my side as soon as possible. I slept comfortably on my side for the first time last night – I’m 10 days post op today, so not too far ahead of you! I think it’s just a case of whenever you feel comfortable … I had the throbbing boobs thing too a couple of nights ago, so don’t worry, you’ll get there!! xx

It’s so annoying Laura isn’t it!! Ah that’s good to know, fingers crossed I’ll start sleeping better in a couple of days! I’m even contemplating sleeping tablets! Lol x
