When did you start using bio oil?

I’m 6 weeks post op 7 weeks on Tuesday most of my stitches have fallen out , when can I start using bio oil?? Or does anyone else know anything else I can use xx

I was 6 weeks post op and got the all clear at my 6 week check up on Wednesday xxx

Ive been using a gel called kelo-cote its quite expensive for a little tube but has been amazing!my surgeon recommended i used it for 18 months post op and a tube lasts about 5 weeks. Ive been using that along with the palmers rescue oil (which is a bit cheaper than bio oil 🙂 ) xxx
