Honestly, I need to know the answer to this. I forgot to ask the nurse at my check up at 4wpo. (I’ve been having extra appointments due to some complications at the start)

I’m still at the 45 degree angle. My ass is sore. I get out of bed every morning and genuinely look in the mirror to see if it’s still there as I am NUMB.

I will be severely peed with myself if I’ve been putting myself through this torture for extra weeks for no reason. I’ve definitely read about when you can sleep on your back ‘normally’ before, I just can’t seem to remember when it is.
It’s like babybrain but… well, ya know, boobiebrain.

Hey hun I was propped at 45 degrees for four weeks. It’s very difficult at first but I used a bed rest ans several pillows. U should be ok to lay on ur back now. And in a bout two weeks u can try ans lay gently in each side for a bit.

I couldn’t wait to lay on my side but it wasn’t comfortable for quite sometime as the pressure on my implants felt wierd and I was worries I’d mess up my recovery.

U can always contact ur nurse via email or get her to call u. But by four weeks u should be ok fxx

I’m 7 weeks post op and have been sleeping upright this entire time purely out of paranoia. Last night was the first time I slept on my side and, oh my god, I haven’t had such a good nights sleep in so long! It was bliss!!
I was told I could sleep on my back at my one week check up xx
