When do boobs soften

How many weeks is it before your boobs start to soften? Im 10 days post op and mine are rock solid and still feel very bruised.

hiya sally-anne im 5 weeks po mine are same can take a few months but everbodys diffrent mine are slowly looking like boobs haha xx

Mine are 4 weeks post op tomoz and are starting to soften nicely…they are squidgy over the top and sides but still quite firm at the bottom, can squash them together now 🙂 x

I’m exactly the same 10 days and feel like they need milking !! …there like rocks I really hope it doesn’t take longer than 7 weeks I am so impatient and my back is breaking I’d love to lie on my side ha ha, I’m starting to think,they are going to be like hard rocks forever I just want to be able to enjoy them xx
