I’m two weeks post op tomorrow and can’t believe how time flies!
Just wondering when do they start to feel like your own and ‘real’? Mine don’t pain me so much but they are tender and senstive and if I give them a little squeeze to see what they are like they are still sore. When I take my Macom and band off for a quick bath they feel so strange and as if they are pulling, not sure if I’ll get used to the feeling when my bra is off!! Sometimes it’s a relief to get the Macom back on for support!
How long until they start to feel more natural ? At the minute I cant even push them together xxx

Hi Lorna. Im 14wpo and mine feel more like mine now, the didnt really move until 6-8 weeks but at that point it was still a little tender and felt unnatural to shake them haha! But i can squeeze and move them about now 🙂 xx

That’s ok then! I was thinking in the bath earlier – my god I hope they stop feeling so fragile! It’s such a strange feeling when you get in the bath with the Macom and breast band off – I keep waiting for them to fall off and I want to grab them to keep them there but I can’t because I can’t wet my dressings!
Oh my – the things we do!! Xxx

Mine felt more my own around 7ish weeks but as for feeling real, I’m 14 weeks PO and they still feel firm, although they have softened a lot recently. Softening takes such a long time so I’m not expecting them to feel more real until I’m at least 6 months PO.
