When do you start massaging ? And scar care

When do you start massaging your breasts? I was never told at my follow up (im 9 days today)

I was told to moisturise my scars but im wondering when i start doing that and when you start using oil and what kind

I was told my my surgeon not to massive my breast I’ve been given a band to wear over the top of my post op bra instead
My surgeon said I can start to moisturise around 2 and a half weeks to 3 weeks post op I’m not 1 week and 6 days post op
I’m going to use stretch mark cream and bio oil this is what I was recommended by my surgeon ☺️xx

@Shannon, i was told not to massage my boobs but to start using silicon gel on the scars at 3 weeks post op twice a day.
