When do you start taking arnica?

I didn’t even know anything about this stuff but been reading it helps with bruising, some have said to have it before surgery and some not til after? Someone hellllppppppp x
My surgery is 5 days I feel so unprepared. Not even got my sports bra yet! It’s on my to do list today to order them Xxxxxxxxx

Hi doll, I bought arnica last week as o have my opp on the 22nd the pharmacist said take it a week before which I’m doing now as it’s a herbal that prevents bruising it doesn’t get rid of bruising just prevents it so take it for a week before xx
