Low salt diet + lots of peppermint tea + 2 litres of water a day with lots of squeezed lemon juice (also try to leave some cucumber slices and mint leaves overnight in the 2 liters you’ll drink the next day but squeeze the lemon when you wake up, dont leave it overnight) i did these things and it was gone in a matter of 4 days. I had severe water retention in my entire body aside from the bloating, i looked like a pregnant teady bear literally! Do this and you’ll be fine
