When feel normal again? :(

Hi girls

Im 9days po and i feel fab when im sitting down, when i go to something even washing up i get so tired an need sit down after 10 mins. When do you feel 100% back to normal where you don’t feel so fragile. I go back work 11days po and want to feel normal again xxx

Hard work. I keep thinking im ok an overestimate myself lol. Just have think back to 1days po an how much ive improved….. need to feel better soon though!

@princess5 I know the feeling! I went back to work yesterday (15days PO) and I felt like I’ve been run over by bus after! I work on a beauty counter so being on my feet all day on a busy payday weekend was probably not a good idea haha! Feeling a lot better today so hopefully I’ll feel 100% back to normal soon. Do you still get pains and aches? Xxx

@kikij87 ooh you work on a beauty counter who do you work for? I do too 🙂 and I wouldn’t worry too much about it Sophie I seemed to feel fine overnight and quite suddenly so I’m sure you’ll be ok. What do you do for work? Xx

I work im an office not major but i have back ache bad lately and it only goes when I lie down:( suppose have to be patient xxx

@abbie11 oh really! I work for Clarins, what about you? I struggled doing a winged eyeliner yesterday as the make up chair is so high & I’m only short and still can’t lift my arms haha! Xxx

@princess5 have you tried Deep Heat patches or Ibuprofen gel? They helped me a lot as my back was in agony. And yes be patient, it’ll get better every day xxx

@kikij87 haha that’s soo funny only we could understand that! I’m a lauder girl. I’m actually still on mat leave at the moment so ill be giving up my business manager post 🙁 to just work part time there. Glad I didn’t have to deal with going in through my recovery. Ooh can imagine it wouldn’t help sitting most of the day in office either. You still have 3 days left I’m sure it will be loads better by then Sophie xx

@abbie11 I worked for Lauder 3 years ago before I became business manager for Clarins and I’d find it hard coming back and not being in charge haha! Xxx
