When is it ok to drive after ba op

I’m 11 days post op. can I drive

Sure I drove after 5 days, it’s fine x

They say a week but I didn’t feel I wanted to until recently, I drove day 9 was fine but didn’t really love parking x

Depends on your insurance hunny, my first was ten days legally but couldn’t for almost three weeks and was over five weeks before I could push the gear stick onto reverse, second time I could have drove after four days but had to wait seven, fifth was hard, but I block changed between fourth and sixth (obv not all cars have sixth gear, I’m lucky as both mind do) both times, but second was two weeks for reverse xx

I drove to my post op appointment 8 days PO, it was uncomfortable but had to get to Manchester from Liverpool, had a couple days rest from driving after that tho xx

all depends on recovery i drove after 3 days but my sister couldnt for 3 weeks x

Hi I drove about two weeks after as hurts changing gear. Xx

I drove day 6 but reverse and fifth gear were hard to get! X

I drove on day 10 but had to lean forward looking like an idiot to get into 5th gear haha. X

Hi I drove on day 10 and it was difficult to change to fifth gear 🙂
