When should I add my before pics?

Feeling very anxious at adding them, but do you normally post them before your op or after when you’ve also got after pics so people can compare… I’d have to take the pics myself as my partner and family would call me stupid of they knew I was putting pics up! I’m exactly one week today until I have my op yaaaaaaaaaay…. 8 loooong long years I’ve waited! I’m conscious of adding pics then randomers wanting to add me, I mean you can never really tell who they are, right? How do we tell? I also use this on my ipad so can i still add them as my display pic is cut off because i couldnt change the size on this Xxx

Bless ya. I was dreading putting my before pics on so did it after had my ba as wasn’t bothered coz they don’t look like that anymore lol. U do it wen n if u want to. Xx

Hi Jade, I think it seems to be the norm to add pics after the op including you before pics, but there’s no right or wrong so just do as you feel happy. There have been a few strange ads recently but most of us only add people who participate in conversations rather than the ones who just add people but literally don’t comment on any posts. It’s crazy because I look at other people’s pics on here like its absolutely normal and it doesnt cross my mind, yet thinking of putting mine up and strangers can see them fills me with dread.. not my after pics, but my before pics… I think I will do it after my op because then I won’t feel as vulnerable! I absolutely can’t wait to put the after pics up of my though 😀 I think with Helena, she bandages them up for a week, doesn’t she? Ahh thanks trish 🙂 so excited… Good luck with yours!
