When should I start Arnica Tablets? Started by: Lol

    Hi Ladies,

    I’m having my BA Thursday 18th April. I have seen a lot about taking Arnica pre op. Some people have said about starting 2 weeks before and some have said 3 days before. Can anyone help please?

    I took mine two weeks before and a week after Hun xx no bruising x

    They are to help with bruising and swelling.

    My BA was originally 18th April so day before yours but I’m next week now!
