Hey Barbara! I had my surgery on Monday and I felt the same as you! It does get better everyday but I still get the breathlessness feeling and the chest pressure. I also wake up 5 times throughout the night but try and take some short breaths, and pain killers if they would help? I hope it will get better soon for you and if I help with anything, message me anytime xx

Hi A! What implants did you have?
I’m trying to quit on codeine but this is the only thing which makes me sleepy and relaxed, in the way that I’m knocked off which is not good.
Would love to know when other girls started feeling normal-ish and tightness disappeared…
Hon! All the best to you! Thank you for your support I really appreciate it

I had 350 cc unders, high profile! What about you?
I have spoken to a few other girls and it was all different, but mainly from the second week they felt all much better.
Codeine so good but it bloated me so much, i looked like 5 months pregnant lol.
It will get better and think of the results, thatā€™s whats keeping me motivated xxx

I will try and upload a photo although I havenā€™t seen them properly yet, Iā€™m all strapped up and have to wear the breast band for two weeks ?? And by the way, do you experience any like burning pain in the side of the boob? Sometimes when I move my left arm , I get this sharp pain on the side. Xx

Looool, Iā€™m laughing so hard! Thatā€™s exactly what my boyfriend was telling me yesterday, that I look like a T-Rex ???
The strapping is not the most comfortable but it feels supportive, especially the first couple of days, everytime I would get up, it would feel like my incisions would pop open and the implants would fall right off ?
I loooove your boobs! Iā€™ve heard and seen amazing results from dr Linda Fiumara!
Iā€™m sure the pain weā€™re going through now will be all worth it in the end xxx

Oh! I hope so my T-rex friend! Thank you also!! I look forward to seeing yours without the strapping! Post it here once it’s off!
Just had a massive breakdown as I was walking for 20 minutes just to prepare myself for Monday to come back to work and it was sooo bloody cold and windy and I was catching small panic attacks cause I couldn’t breath properly. Hell yeah it must be worth it! I didn’t expect, looking at other girls, that the recovery is so difficult.
Have a great evening in the meantime A!

Hi hun I experienced this awfully! My shoulders/neck upper back was in agony and the tightness was horrendous I felt I couldnā€™t breath properly at times and got really panicked! Iā€™m 4 weeks post op tomorrow and by week 2 the tightness should subside x

It was about the two week mark when I felt perfectly normal again and the tightness and back pain etc all didnā€™t both me anymore throughout the day. When I wake up and sit up first thing I still feel tight but after getting up Iā€™m perfectly fine. Itā€™s just a waiting game and I stopped the painkillers on about day 4. I never took coidine because of the side effects! X

Hi!! I had exactly the same issue. I’m just after my 12th day post my op with 450cc hight profile overs from A/B cup. I must say coco butter helps your skin and nipples to relax a little and preventing from puling. Specially when applied before bed time. After 9 days post op I could sleep flat- and that’s when my back muscles could fully relax and loosen up. Every day will be better!!x

Rebecca! That’s exactly what I am experiencing!! ? For a few hours is better and then I wake up at night or when I walk a bit outside and I can’t breathe!
With the back pain it helped a bit to change my bra, from M&S which was making me all hunched to an Amazon one which makes my back more relaxed…
Glad to hear that week 2 should be easier! I have a quite fair walk to the office and I really don’t want to break down on my way
    Thank you Hun!

@A, Huges and kisses!! I have my 1st week.appointment tomorrow too!

I wanted to tell you ladies that it all sits in our heads! Just had my first week appointment yesterday and when I walked in I was so hunched and uncomfortable, but the moment my surgeon told me Im allowed to stretch my back, stand straight and everything is healing nicely… It took like 100000kg from my shoulders! Still can’t do it properly, still chest is tight when I’m walking but my god… It’s so much better ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
A! Did you have your strapping removed??

I had my op on the 30th 375 overs, Iā€™ve been feeling the same, heavy chested and struggle to breathe.. Iā€™m sure it will get better but I swear the macom bra was making me feel sooo restricted I find them way too tight.. I got the m&s one on now and feels a bit better definitely more comfy but the straps donā€™t adjust so not much support on the weight of the boobs!
Iā€™m just wondering at what point will they not feel weirdly heavy?? šŸ˜ x

Hey everyone, I had mine done at the beginning of December 2018, 300cc round, smooth, high profile, Iā€™m about 47kg and 5ft, Iā€™ve gone from an empty 32A, to a 32DD or 30E and I love them šŸ˜€ The pain was quite bad in the first week, Iā€™m not going to lie sometimes it felt like the painkillers were only taking the edge off the pain, it was very uncomfortable but bearable. (It does get better – trust me) As for the hunched back and tightness in my chest, it took a good 5 – 6 weeks for that to significantly change and go away. I didnā€™t sleep properly for weeks, I slept upright for 2 weeks which was impossible, I basically didnā€™t sleep, so in the end they let me sleep elevated at a 45 degree angle which did help as I was desperate for sleep. They say 2 weeks off work, the reality is 3 would be better if you can. I havenā€™t had any complications and I will be 6 months at the end of May, but I havenā€™t overdone it, I was careful not to raise my arms much for 4 weeks and Iā€™ve only recently started exercising with a good high impact sports bra on. Everyoneā€™s different, but if you want them to heal quickly I would recommend taking it easy for as long as you can, as frustrating as it is sitting around, I havenā€™t got any pain whatsoever and my boobs look so natural (which is unbelievable considering I was an empty 32A before) I felt so much better at about 5 weeks, the first few weeks were tough and itā€™s to be expected, itā€™s a huge shock to your body, I had dual plane/partially under the muscle, which has a longer recovery. I didnā€™t have any strapping, just wearing the bra all the time in the beginning (so important! For swelling and keeping them in place while your body heals) I had big patches on them, which came off after a week, them strips that came off after 2 weeks) it was amazing how quickly they healed, as scary as they look to begin with, they have faded so much and they are below my boobs in the crease so I donā€™t even see them. I am so happy with them, they were more than worth the pain at the beginning, hang in there and take it easy xxx
