Where is the best place to get fitted?

I had a 9 week post op appointment this week where I was given the go ahead for all types of bras. My nurse told me to avoid places like Boux Avenue as they would give me silly unreliable sizing like a gg and go somewhere reliable like m&s where they are more likely to give an accurate sizing like a dd. Where do you post op girls recommend? Thanks x

I go boux avenue they didn’t give me a unrealistic size ….. X

I like Ann summers I tried on over 15 bras and she spent ages with me. Also debenhams is a good place and they stock wonderbra.

Nothing to be scAred about hun it’s the best feeling! Every shop measures differently as their bras fit differently and also different styles I’m a G and only certain ones in Boux avenue go up to a G but changing back size I can get in a smaller cup just try lots of different ones on first I found one that fitted me well for an everyday style and got it in about 3 different colours! C

I went to Victoria Secret and Calvin Klein. Will try some other places too as v&s don’t do smaller band than 32 and I’m a 30 really and ck don’t do bigger cups than dd.. X

I can’t get in Victoria secrets I’m gutted! What did they measure you at? X

32ddd! That’s the biggest they go unless u can fit in a bigger band size… X

I went Ann summers there all helpful in there, boux avenue give you stupid sizes I’ve heard…xx

I was told Boux avenue oversize you massively and give inaccurate sizing but I haven’t been there personally so don’t know. I will try Ann summers though, thanks! X

How long post op did you girlies go to get measured ?? X

Boux avenue is the only place I go for mine I’ve got a couple from Ann summers in the same size as what I get from boux avenue and I spill out of them… I would say at least give them a try different stores are different to each other. I’ve had bras from next aswell they wash well but I found they fit up big in cup and back and that’s the feedback I got of customers too (I used to work for next). Most places these days only measure the size of your back and gage the cup size c

Ok cool, I will try them then as the bras look so nice 🙂 I got measured at 10 weeks post op as my boobs have taken a while to drop. X
