Hi terri, thanks for the link – I’ll check it out! I’ve called at good old M&S on my way home from work and got a couple of bras from the Rosie Huntington Whitely range that are quite nice and make me feel good! I’m currently measuring 32e/f which is bigger than I expected. It’s really surreal though (not sure whether other people feel the same???) – in clothes you genuinely wouldn’t know I’d had surgery. Not one person has asked and I’ve barely told anyone so was expecting to be questioned, yet my bra size is 2 cups different. From a bra size point of view I would have loved to be a dd because as soon as you go above that the bra shapes change andthey look bulky but I don’t feel as though I’ve got that ‘oomph’in clothes.
I really need to take some new piccies of me clothed and I’m bras – I’ll add some to my profile tomorrow.
How are you feeling today? I hope you’re feeling good about them – I was very up and down emotion wise and was (and still am) in a love/hate relationship with my new boobies but reading other people’s journeys on here I think that’s normal. My beautician had implants last year and it took her 6 months to like hers so I still think there’s lots of changes ahead. It’s a tough one – I love them 100% more than my old boobs but they’re not the ideal image I had in my head. I know nothings guaranteed but I do struggle some days. Xx
