Which bras to get for uplift and enlargement?

Hi, I may be getting my surgery at the end of March, I need an uplift and enlargement at 18yrs old, which surgery bras would you recommend? I’ve heard the M&S ones are good and so are the Macom ones but which one overall? Also what size would I need to buy as I’m a 34 B and will roughly be a 34 D?

Hi! I have just had my surgery and using the M&S front zip sports bra’s and been really happy with, they are really supportive. I was a 32b but I bought a 34D and a 34DD as I found them abit tight so would defo reccomend going up a back size to your usual. And get one size then a size bigger as the swelling is major in the beginning. I’m still in my DD one 4 days PO I think the D would be too small. Hope that helps
