Which moisturiser post op?

I’ve read that the body shops vitamin e is supposed to be good post op? Has anyone else got any other recommendations? xx

I used bio oil on mine and had great results. Just have the be careful not putting on clothes too soon after or it can look like you’re lactating! Lol.

Hey girls when can I start using moisurisers on just the tops of my boobs? I’m 10 DPO, just wondering if I could start now as long as I didn’t put it near my plasters? Xx

The nurse at Cardiff said that you shouldn’t put anything on at all until at least after your 6 week check but I used bio oil as soon as my plasters came off and it was fine for me xx
