Which one is dropping? Weird shape at 5 weeks and scar pics

Hi guys so I’m still really worried about my left boob, I feel like the shape is weird. On the plus my nipples are rounding out now.

I’m going to attach a load of pictures, excuse the bruising and nips but can anyone tell me which boob is dropping? I feel like the left is kind of square from the inside but not the outside? I really hope the implant hasn’t fallen to a weird position, but it hasn’t changed for weeks now 🙁 please help 🙁 oh and where I feel the shape is strange I had a lot of tenderness and felt like when I leant forward my boob was sort of loose? I dont know how to describe it, it just felt like it was moving under my skin.

Hi Michelle, I think they look great. I’m pre op and still deciding what to do – I was fully expecting to be recommended uplift & implants but I’ve seen 2 surgeons – I said implants only, the other said uplift only with a slight reduction to my bigger breast. Confused. My stats at every similar to yours so suspect with a combined uplift and implants I would be similar to your new boobies. Do you have a pre op pic so I could compare starting points? I’ve tried to upload my pre op photo but it says the files too big. Not sure how to get round that. Xx
