I’m currently 32/34b but am having 300cc hp on 27 April. The nurse said to get medium sized post surgery bras. I went to M&S to get theirs but they’re in actual cup sizes. Which size equates to a medium?

If you go on the Macom website, their bras you buy based on your current back size. So I was a 34b/c so bought a 34 in Macom & it fit pre & also post surgery. Don’t know if this helps!

Hi Tracy I had 300cc unders last Tuesday and was a 34a before. I recommend the Asda post surgery bras they are honestly so comfy and you can get 2 for £15 online. I got them in size medium! X

Hi! I had surgery 5 and a half weeks ago, I was a 32A and got 350CC overs and bought the M&S zip up sports bra in a 32D because I thought i would just be going up a couple of sizes really. Anyway I’ve just been measured and it turns out I’m a 28FF now haha. The point is that the sports bra is technically too small for me but I’ve had absolutely no issue with any of them and the nurse even said it wasn’t too small when I asked (: I think you can be pretty lenient with a sports bra – I wouldn’t stress too much! I’d probably go with a 34D or DD x

I was a 32b and bought the 34e and it fitted perfectly. I had 400cc high profile implants. I recommend going up a back size in those bras especially for the swelling. X
