Hey pam, I was told the implant looks smaller if its put under the muscle than the same size implant over xx

well they say they look slightly smaller under than over, i had unders n they look really good, so much more naturel looking..x

Wow im more confused!!! Im 34b cup and going for 340cc over i want the natural look and advice on what they will look like?

Paris, if you have enough breast tissue, your surgeon will advice you to go over to make the breast more even and natural as well. Actually overs can also look really natural as well depending on the shape of your breast and present size.
