Why do my 300cc hp look so huge? :(

I finnaly had my breast augmentation sugery done a week ago. I was really undecided until the last moment between 260cc and 300cc and eventually went with Mentor CPG 323 Medium height, High Profile Cohesive III 300cc, anatomical silicoane implants, under the muscle. I honestly don’t understand why do they look so big, as I researched a lot of results of other girls with similar size (32A) that got 300cc and their boobs look much smaller. I am so discouraged and depressed right now, I just hope they will get smaller with time…

So sorry to hear your not happy with the size i’m not too sure why they look big but they are not horrible big but some of it could be swelling but once the drop and fluff happens they say they get slightly bigger once the muscle relaxes because the muscle is holding the implant tight at the moment I’m 2 and a half weeks post op and I had 460 cc ultra high profile under the muscle I was told by my surgeon they would fluff out more once the muscle relaxes and starts to heal giving the appearance of a bigger fuller look
because the implant isn’t so tight to the chest or as high up I don’t think they will go hugely bigger just more fuller and not as high up I actually think they look nice but everyone has there own opinion on how they want them to look xx

Also you look like you already have a decent amount of breast tissue on your before pic xx

You still have a lot of swelling at only 1 week. Over the next 5 weeks you’ll notice the swelling go down and hopefully you’ll feel better about the size x

Hi Alexa, I felt the same at the beginning. I got 265cc and was a 32A before. They are sitting high still and will definitely still be swollen. Give it time, it’s a shock to the system finally seeing our bodies with bigger boobs that we just aren’t used to. Anything seems big to what was there before. X

Yes keep us posted with pictures in the following weeks. It depends your stats as well, if you are very petite and around 5ft or under then 300 will not look small at all.
I’m sorry you feel that way, but if it helps they look amazing! maybe indeed bigger than expected as you only went for 300 and they look bigger than that. However the results are very good looking! Give it sometime.

Also you had some breast tissue from before, so this give more volume overall.

I was a d before and got 325 aswell. I wish my boobs looked as lovely as urs!! I did mine feb 11th x 5,5 about 113 pounds. It says too large to post what they look like sadly

Thankfully, they are slowly starting to look a bit better lately, still not 100% happy with them, but I am patiently waiting for the final result, as the surgery was only 3 weeks ago.

I think they look really good 😊I’m just over 3 weeks post op and and my swelling has gone down alot one of mine has dropped abit more then the other but they work at different rates because they are classed as 2 ops
Have you noticed the swelling going down on yours yet ? Have they started to soften ? Xx 💞

Did your surgeon give you a breast band to help them drop quicker ? Xx💞

No, I asked him it it’s necessary, but he said at the moment no, but in case the drop and fluff process will turn out to be slow, he will advice me to use a band. Xx

ahhh I see every surgeon is different with there advice so don’t worry they will still drop without a band it’s just a band can help them drop abit quicker that’s all
My surgeon wanted me to wear one until 3 weeks post op I am just over 3 weeks post op like 3 weeks and 5 days post op and I stopped wearing my band at 3 weeks
they have dropped pretty quickly
they were much higher up on my chest
they started to drop around 2 weeks post op is when I noticed the difference xx💞

Hi Alexa!! I had 300cc high profile, here are my before and after. These were taken 6 months post op, mine were very similar to yours at first, very hard and very round, you’ll start to love them as the months go on!! I’ve also attached a picture of when I first had them done to show you a comparison 😘

Thank you, Amy! I am still not 100% happy with them, but in the sane tike, I am aware that they have a long way to gp, as it’s only been one month and 5 days since the surgery. I will patiently wait for them to drop and fluff, from what I know, it can take more than 6 months.
