Why does my right boob look fuller and squared

Hi is there any post op girls that have had similar? I’m only 3/4days post op so I no mega early still but my right boob which is more swollen is looking more square than my left and higher up. I have my week check up Friday and might ask for a band as I never had one and feel I may need one. If anyone has advice or went the same let me know
(It’s Left boob in the picture you can see it poking over my bra)

My boobs still look like this now and I’m over 6 weeks, mine have swapped and changed left was bigger then the right then for a short time they were the same, was was harder than the other it is quite stressful but it just takes time got them to drop and settle xx

My right is like this. I’m right handed so I’m guessing this is because of more muscle use. Xx

Thanx girls I’ve just spoke to nurse to double check I don’t need a band and she said it’s perfectly normal I think I just needed reassurance thank you xx

Do you have any updated pictures to post ? I’m getting the same size on Friday !

Mines doing this too im 8wpo and one is alot more squarish! Im actually worrying now..it wont let me post a pic
