Will drop and fluff happen to me?

When I was breastfeeding my daughter my boobs went to a 32E and my skin stayed very stretched after when I went down to a 32B. After having my 450cc implants 3 weeks ago they have shrunk, of corse because of the swelling going down. But I can’t see that drop and fluff will happen to me? as my surgeon said I needed unders so they wouldn’t go droopy. I feel drop and fluff only happens when your boobs havn’t been stretched? Also I’d much rather mine didn’t drop as I was borderline lift before! I just want fluffing haha x

Ha ha I want just the fluff too. I’m having mine at the end of the month. I’m borderline needing an uplift and need filling ! I’m having 350 or 375 cc x
