Will I be able to lots of stuff 3 and 5 wpo ?

It’s my birthday on 17th March and i’m having my op 3 weeks prior to that, i was planning on going to Thorpe park but am thinking theres prob no way i’ll be able to have a rollercoaster seat/bar jammed onto my boobs ! so was wondering at what point is probably best to go?

I also am going to a spa with my sister and mum hopefully 4-5 weeks after my op, and was going to have a massage, I used to be (and kind of still am) a massage therapist so i know you use a lot of pressure, but will they be ok after a month? or is it a good idea to avoid that kind of thing

Hey hun not so sure about the theme park trip as your gona be thrown about a bit and strapped into things plus even pulling down the seat thing may ache a bit or cause discomfort.

U should be OK for the spa day but check with ur surgeon /nurse about laying on ur front and using the facilities like steam/sauna/jacuzzi due to waterborne bacteria and really hot temperature near ur incisions . I’m 9wk po and stil not totally comfortable to even lay on my front but everyone’s different fxx

Id say no to both .. you wont be able to do much at the spa for the reasons Fran gives or swim .. as you cant lay on your front or prob wont be laying flat on back yet (maybe).. I would not have thought it would be suitable as yet. Id say do something more suitable and keep ypur spa for a future treat.. is it your 21st? x

I prob won’t do either cause it just isn’t worth risking it

I’m 5 weeks PO and I’m going skiing in 2/3 weeks and my nurse just told me I can’t go in the swimming pool when I go 🙁 she said I can go sauna/steam room but she wasn’t excited about the idea o could tell
