Will I get deposit back?

Hi. If I have my pre-op and there is something going on and they can’t operate,will I get my deposit back? It’s £500 so it’s a fair bit to lose.

I’m not sure do you mean pre op as in ‘on the day?’ If that’s the case defo not cus your there and they could of booked someone else in
But if you mean pre op as in with the nurse I’d say it may depend on what the issue your talking about but I’m sure a deposit is a deposit which you lose if you don’t follow through with it xx might be best to ask your PC as she should know what history if it’s a medical issue or if your just a worrier she’ll help you settle those nerves xxxx hope it’s nothing too serious xx
