Will the shape change much ?

I’m 3 weeks post op today , I had 400cc mod + overs and I am hating the shape so far ? they are so pointy and my nipples are sitting so low on my boob because there’s no tissue / implant at the bottom of my boob. I am hoping this will push down during the drop process and make a more round shape on the bottom half of my boob. Anyone experienced similar and have yours changed much?

Honestly I had to say it but I’m 2 years post op and my boobs have obviously dropped but they took my nipples with them, I still have hardly any under boob

I’m 6 weeks post op and I’m similar holly! Everyone just keeps saying to wait, but it’s hard when you want to see results now haha. But give it time xx

I had unders but hopefully you can tell if the pics how much underboob I slowly got and makes them look bigger, just took time xxx

Thanks for your replies! Here’s a few pics of mine. I just want that nice round bottom boob 🙁 I’m nearly 5 weeks P.O. now and can’t see that the shape will change much. ?
