woke up in agony on my side HELP

Hey girls, so I’m panicking a bit. Woke up this morning in agony after accidentally turning on my front in the night.
I feel like my boobs are really aching and sore. Do you think I could have damaged them?

I hope that you can’t displace them by doing this?!

This happened to me the week after I had my op.. I just keep dosed up on Co codamol and was extra careful and eventually the pain went. Xx
