Wonky natural boobs?

So i had my consultation with my surgeon today and he pointed out that one of my breasts is naturally lower than the other. I am flat chested so isnt that noticeable… well i hadnt noticed before…. now i cant unsee it.

As the implants drop one will drop lower than the other and i am worried it may be really obvious when they are larger.
Has anyone else encountered this??

When they do the opp your surgeon will creat a new crease in one of your boobs to make them even Hun x

The surgeon said i may need a 2nd op to correct it as its my ribcage that makes them wonky and he cant correct bone and wouldnt know if it was noticeable until after they had settled. Has really made me re-think having it done
