Hiya, yeah i know yours are overs, mine are unders so obviously a totaly different ball game but what you described is how mine feel all the time and it looked from your first photo as if one may be slightly swollen so i just wondered if theres a possibility that theres not actualy a problem with your implant but maybe you pulled a muscle and thats causing a bit of internal swelling and a discomfort?
I know your not freshly post op but i guess still within your healing and settling stages so your tissues could still be a little weak making it easier to do yourself a little injury without really feeling it at the time you did it and aggrivating the surrounding area maybe try some ibuprofen in the meantime while your waiting to see MR Traynor to see if that reduces the unwanted sensation/swelling hopefuly it will dissapear in a week or two, hope you hear back from your clinic soon x
