Sorry girls its me having a worry/Moan again!! My scars have looked amazing ever since my 1 wk po completely closed, had a look last night and they’re quite raised around the area and the actual incision is red and looks more open than it did and this is on both sides? Is this normal? I’m thinking it could be where they are dropping and putting more pressure on scars? Anyone else had this? Xx

It is strange that you feel they have got worse espesh as you’re quite far PO how many weeks are you now? Perhaps give your pc a call or nurse and see what they say. I think red is ok just as long as no discharge or weeping. I just looked and they look ok to me but I’m a lot earlier on than you sweet xx

yeah i’m 5 weeks now, just worried as they looked so good before thought they’d only get better but i guess it makes sense if they are dropping then its gonna put pressure on them, i’m going to get onto my nurse and see what she says xx

3 weeks today. Scars were amazing art the 1 week check up. Just seem to have gone red and raised in last few days. Have dropped though so could be that.
