Worried about size!

Hi ladies. I’m booked in for November to have 400cc unders. I already have 165cc unders in. I’m really worried I won’t be happy with the size. I would have liked 450cc but surgeon said that 400cc was being generous.
I’d like to push and see if 450cc would be available to me. Has anyone else felt like they want to go bigger and have you pushed for it? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated xo
