hey hun, i had 500cc high profile overs and i myself can feel what i thought was rippling but when i looked properly they was my stretch marks that i had previously, it feels like ripples in the skin more than the implant it could possibly be that your muscle is still very tight on the implant and your skin also, your still only 4 weeks post op nearly too, keep an eye on it for the next 2 weeks as boobs change so much, and definatly raise it with the nurse at your 6 week check if not though get peace of mind and arrange an app soon as possible xxx
