Worried please help xx

So I had my op on the 8th of May, last Friday I met with the nurse she took my dressing off and gave me 2 news plasters. She told me to remove these after a week. So I’ve just removed and one is looking a bit pussy and a little bit of blood, should I be worried ? Is this normal ? I have wiped it and put a new dressing on x

Without seeing it, it certainly sounds normal, mine was still a bit weepy until about 6weeks… X
