Worried ?

Hey girls.
I am due for surgery on the 31st jan so not long eeekk
I have been told I am borderline needing a uplift. My surgeon dr sleiter says I don’t need to have one and will put in 375cc over the muscle moderate plus implants with a slight lift on the right nipple as it hangs lower.
I know his the expert but I am reading so many stories about girls not getting a lift and after a few months they don’t look the same and have sagged. Etc
Just don’t know if I am doing the right thing and going to regret in a few months. Will attach pic would love your honest opinions please.

Also want more of a round shape to my breasts I don’t want the stuck on look more the natural. Hoping just a implant can achieve that. X

I’m in the exact same position! I have my surgery on the 30th and my surgeon has told me I don’t need an uplift although I feared I would. I have seen stories on here from girls who didn’t have uplift and wish they did but I’ve also seen so many people who were borderline and are happy with their implants without the lift. It’s so hard to know what is best but I’m just trusting my doctor. It’s all you can do as everyone is different and you don’t know what your results will be.

I have been so excited since booking it months ago but now it’s gettinf nearer I am panicking more constantly looking up other people’s progress etc
I know I am overthinking I am just gonna trust my surgeon and fingers x hope all goes to plan x

Hi girls. Mine sit lower also.. I thought I was borderline lift but having high profile overs on 31st. Look at the post a few down ‘500cc’ might put your mind at rest. I’ve been stressing also but think it’s best to trust your surgeons judgement and keep positive x

I’m the same I was excited but now it’s getting closer I’m so nervous. I just hope I’m not unhappy with the results but I’ve even seen stories on here of girls who got an uplift and they still aren’t pleased with the final look so it’s all a gamble. Good luck to both of you. Hope we all get the big non-saggy boobs we want ? x

I think it’s totally normal to have some doubts. I overthink every decision I make, so I’m going to be just like you… but I think you have to trust the surgeon. They have seen countless women before and after with similar boobs to you, and will know what is best.

Mine looked just like yours and I decided on a mini lift just removing some skin around the areola and I’m so glad I did for the extra cost which isn’t much the actual implants do raise the nipples up slightly so it’s hard to say we all want perfection but unless we have the perfect boobs that we want to just make bigger we most likely won’t end up with perfect boobs

Thanks girls x I ain’t looking for perfect nothing is perfect just want them to at least look better than they do now with no problems. The surgeon is lifting my right nippe as it hangs slightly lower I ain’t been charged extra think it’ coz it’s so minuscule. Coming round so quick so nervs are def kicking in. Have you pics koral ?

Hey went really well plzed with the results so far even if they stay like this I would be happy lol but I know they will change. You will see on another post I done says day 1 you there a pic. Not gonna lie the recovery ain’t easy but I know it’s all worth it XX

I had my original surgery 5 years ago 500cc overs il add a pic currently about to book in for a tweak again and upping to 775 but unders this time as lost tissue from gaining loosing weight in pregnancy so this is what they recommended x

Is that a recent pic of yours ? They look really good still. I had 375cc moderate plus overs on Thursday, I just wanted them to fill out a bit and look more rounder. But they look so much bigger than some of the girls that get bigger ccs maybe it’s swelling. I know in a few yrs I will need s lift but hoping these will last a good while had my kids so def no pregnancy messing them up lol. Hope all goes well for you xx

i am now nearly 2 wks post op

Hi ladies, after considering breast enlargement for a long time I booked my first consultation today. My breast are like the before picture in the conversation and I want fuller breast. Hi Donna. I really need to take some update photos to show my progress. I’ll try to post one tomorrow to show the before and after.

I was borderline needing an uplift before my surgery, had asymmetry and started with an empty 34b/c cup. I had 425cc and 475cc high profile overs as my surgeon said I could get the look I wanted with implants alone. I’m happy with them so far, im 1 week post op. They seem really full and a good size. They do still have a lot of changes to go through but hopefully when they do drop and fluff they will still be full and high profile. They definitely don’t look saggy so I’m happy with that. What size are you considering? x

Hey Donna i was borderline needing uplift. was recommend by surgeon to have overs . All I wanted to achieve was to fill my breasts out and have a nicer shape so he said about moderate plus implants.
I am 1wpo and although you couldn’t get more natural looking if you tried lol I kind of wished I went for the uplift, because I know in a few yrs I will 100% need one. Just make sure wen you see your surgeon you tell him exactly What you want and even show him pics. But what I have learnt you can never get perfection and they can only work with what you have x

This is 1wpo still maybe some changes to go, but gives you a idea. Glad I took loads of before pics coz wen I am moaning they ain’t perfect I can just say least they don’t look like what I had lol x

Morning ladies,thank you all so much for your replies and pics, it’s so helpful. Gemma your breast are looking great! and I’m impressed with how quickly you seem to have recovered after your op. I’m looking to have natural sized and shaped breast to suit my body shape but with some pertness, Im a size 12in clothes and a 32dd (apparently) but My breast are sad looking and downward facing. After your advice I might ask for an uplift. Like you say I need to have a look at some pics so I have a good idea of the look that I’d like to achieve. Ive had 2 children and breastfed them both. Im now 41, so im being realistic and looking for an improvement. A friend of mine had teardrop shaped breast and they look beautiful. My appointment is on Thursday and I’m real excited. So many thoughts are going through my mind right now! Xx

Hi girls, just to say that I had my first appointment yesterday and that it went well. Today I’m left considering if I really want to go ahead with an uplift? After discussing the op and scaring I’m feeling unsure. Do any of you have any advice for me? Have you had the uplift and if so how is your scar healing?? Xx

get a lift

if you need it you should get it!

i had a anchor lift and honestly when i look in the mirror (i am 3 wks post op) i don’t even notice the scars.

of course they are here but they are done so well and fine that they dont look bad at all

it will give you the better shape you want too! xx

Thanks for your advice ladies. Wow I’m impressed! Like you say the scaring isn’t too bad and you are only 3 weeks post op. Ok, I think I will go ahead with the uplift. Thanks for all your help. ? xx
