Slightly worried about my scar
4 weeks post op and it looks like it’s starting to get more red I don’t know wether it is from my post on bra or wether it is getting infected. Would love to know if this is normal or I need to be worried

I wouldn’t worry tbh, so far ur scar looks great & u can see where its starting to pale, for 4 wks post op hun ur scar looks fantastic xx ur bra is probably irritating it xxx

I’m sure I’ve read that they start to look worse again before they start to fade. I think they look fine I wouldn’t worry 🙂 xx

Yess they go redder before they go lighter, don’t worry!

They usually get way redder before they calm down. Your so early in your scar looks great mine got way redder than that around 6//7 weeks and now nearly 4 months post op they’re beginning to fade. Don’t stress it looks perfectly healthy x
