Wow i slept 10 hours !!!

Hey girls, im only 2 days post op now but i couldnt sleep at all untill last night. I took kalms natural sleepers at 730pm & in a flash i was gone !! I didnt wake up untill 530am, and i hadnt even moved all night i was still sat/laid in same position.
It felt soo good to have a good nights sleep & ive woke up and still not in no pain yet… just achy when i get up & walk.
Im shocked as to how the recovery has been so far !! xxx

Wow , you must feel so much better from that big ol’ sleep..!! Maybe kalms are the way forward 😉

I feel fab Hun !! I’ve only been taking paracetomol haven’t touched other painkillers yet!! Off for abit of shopping with the other half to spoil me lol xx

Thanks Hun!! No pain as of yet fingers crossed! Just achy at times but managed to tidy bits up this morning too. They do feel heavy when I walk but not unbearable. I’ thought I’d be stuck in bed still lol xx

Me too & it felt amazinggg 🙂 2.30-12..lovely! Just hope I sleep tonight now lol enjoy shopping hun, hope the weather isn’t as appalling where you are as it is here..my dog just brought in a load of mud uh ohh Xx

Aw its awful hun sick of this snow now weve had it so bad the last few weeks. So glad im not doing alot and can stay in xx
