WTF SO PAINFUL

4 days po! Excruciating pain along my back where the strapping is! Not sure if something is wrong underneath (where my drains are area) and around my back where the strapping folds round! Haven’t been able to sleep and taken maybe extra painkillers! Has anyone else had this? A million times more painful than it has been so far ever! Waaaaah xx

Sorry to hear you’re feeling like that I found days 4 and 5 very hard.
You will feel better soon 🙂 but if it is too much ring your nurse she might be able to get you in earlier for it to be removed xxx

It was the same for me as soon as the strapping comes off itll get easier.
I found i had most pain where the drains are xx your not alone hun keep taking ur pain killers ibiphrofen helped me aswell xx and some of that muscles ache gel i got helped the aching and helped me sleep xx

Ah thanks girls! I’ve been okay since I’ve been awake (1ish) and had ice on them which seems to help the swelling/hurting! I’m hoping it’s just day 4 for me! Hahah! And day 5 is easy again! Only two more whole days and then my strapping is off!! But then I hear everyone having a mare about there incisions and bras rubbing on them! Hahah! When does it all get better? After week 2? HA! Yeah my left boob where the drains where has given me grief since I first woke up out of the theatre! And continues to do so! Ah I am, I’m so onto of my meds! Thanks little chickens xxxxx

Aww each day it will get better honestly. I’m on day 10 now and I’m starting to feel more like myself, can finally lie down flat without it hurting my incisions. Still getting some pain and discomfort but not much compared to the first week! Hang in there its all worth it for the end result! Xxx
