I know we can’t go back to the gym and do weight training etc before 6 weeks, but i’ll be 4 wpo on Tuesday and i’m dying to get back to doing yoga and just stretching in general!! Obviously not going to go mad with handstands etc lol but am i okay to start doing something?!
@samg I would say yes, I went back to the gym and did cardio at 24DPO, couldn’t wait any longer, I eased myself back into everything from there. I’ve always found yoga very relaxing so definitely can’t see a problem with it. Xx
Yeah that’s what I was thinking, if I ease myself back into it i’m sure it’ll be fine. Didn’t think I’d miss the gym this much but I literally can’t wait to get back into it! Thanks @Hannahlaura xx
